THE JOB
As our Padel Coach, you’ll be the go-to person for anyone looking to up their game — no matter their level. You’ll be the ambassador of XNRGY’s core values on and off the court, turning your passion for padel into your job.
WHY US
XNRGY is all about padel and people. We’ll coach our coaches intensively, providing years of national and international coaching experience for you to make your own. No professional coaching experience yet? No problem — all we need is passion and a smile, and we’ll get going together.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a representative, proactive, and event-driven individual to join our team. The ideal candidate is creative, communicative, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You should have:
- Knows how to play and teach the sport
- Has great communication skills in both English and Dutch
- Is a team player who works well with people of all levels
- Is eager to learn, grow, and inspire others
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Give lessons, both one-on-one and to groups
- Host tryout lessons for soon-to-be members
- Keep track of player progress in online programmes
- Show your skills at events and get people excited for padel
- Support colleagues with your padel knowledge
- Advise players on gear, from shoes to rackets
