THE JOB
As our Event Management Intern, you’ll work closely with our club manager to plan, organise, and execute exciting events at XNRGY. From concept creation to on-the-day coordination, you’ll play a key role in delivering memorable experiences for our guests and clients.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a representative, proactive, and event-driven individual to join our team. The ideal candidate is creative, communicative, and thrives in a dynamic environment. You should have:
- At least an MBO-level education in Event Management or a related field
- Fluent English skills
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to take ownership
- Strong communication skills for client contact
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Collaborate with the club manager to organise and manage exciting event
- Develop new event concepts to keep things fresh and inspiring
- Create clear templates for event setups (courts, duration, catering, group size)
- Create rule templates to guide contestants and ensure smooth event flow
- Maintain client contact and assist with event proposals
- Support the back-office operations
